Carlos Moreno presents "Navidad
en Mexico," a Bay Area tradition since 1971.
This beautiful production shows how Mexico
celebrates Christmas, taking you on a tour of various regions, to share the fun
and excitement of its folklore through music, song and dance. There will be more
than 50 dancers, accompanied by Mariachi Colima and singers, Martha Soledad and
Arrive early and enjoy "Villa Navideņa," a replica of a small Mexican market
where you can purchase Mexican crafts, enjoy fine Mexican holiday cuisine or
take a picture with the "Three Kings."
The Ballet Folklorico Mexicano de Carlos Moreno was founded in 1967 and for
almost 50 years has carried on the mission of preserving, teaching and
performing the traditional dances of Mexico, all the while, using imagination
and artistry to create productions of the highest artistic quality.
