The San Mateo Harvest Festival will feature exciting live music from the Hollywood Beetles, an amazing Beatles tribute band, as well as comedian John Park who is known for his "Funny Waiter" show. The little ones can take part in the hands-on KidZone offering gingerbread cookie decorating and free child ID kits from New York Life.

The Peninsula Humane Society, the official charity of the show, will be on hand hosting a mobile pet adoption center at the front of the show. Plus, anyone who brings a non perishable food donation for Loaves and Fishes Family Kitchen receives $2 off admission at the door.

Next, the show travels north for the Sacramento Harvest Festival, taking place November 22-24 at the Cal Expo Pavilion. Opening the weekend right before Thanksgiving, the Sacramento Harvest Festival boasts all sorts of ideas for Turkey Day, from fall themed table decorations to easy no-bake pumpkin pies.

The Sacramento Harvest Festival will showcase live music from the Fargo Brothers as well as Cash Tribute featuring James Garner. Throughout the event there will be strolling entertainers such as Mama Claus, Eddie the Elf and Fables of the West.

Scott Land Marionettes will be one of the featured stage acts, performing funny and heartwarming stories with whimsical puppets. Scott Land is well known in Hollywood and has worked on major motion pictures including Team America: World Police and Forgetting Sarah Marshall.

The KidZone will be expanding at the San Jose Harvest Festival to include both the eco-friendly art activities and the gingerbread cookie decorating. The final show of the season, the Pomona Harvest Festival, will end in Southern California at the Fairplex December 6-8th.

At each show, guests can enter to win the Grand Prize, which will be announced after the last show in December. The Grand Prize is an exquisite Randy Polk designed ring and bracelet with Mother of Pearl, diamonds and orange sapphires, valued at over $5,000. It is the highest valued Grand Prize that the Harvest Festival has ever offered.

The Harvest Festival Original Art and Craft Show began 41 years ago in San Francisco and was designed as a marketplace for independent artists and crafts people to come together to showcase and sell their merchandise.
