The story behind the Holiday Light Show:

Sherrie and Michael Wells started the Hugs for Brady Foundation in 2009, shortly after their 13-month-old son, Brady Michael, was diagnosed with Non-Differentiated Acute Leukemia, a very rare form of leukemia. In 2010, Brady passed away at 23 months old, after he had bravely battled the disease for ten months. Since then, the couple and 500 volunteers have worked passionately to raise money for research funding to ultimately end cancer in children. It is estimated that over 13,500 children are diagnosed with cancer in the U.S. each year; childhood cancer occurs regularly, randomly and spares no ethnic group, socioeconomic class or geographic region. The foundation is working every day to try to change that, and to help those who are currently battling this terrible disease. Join them as they celebrate these amazing children with a spectacular display of holiday wonder and cheer.

The Hugs for Brady Foundation was established to help children battling cancer and assist in research to ultimately find a cure for pediatric cancer. They are a 501 (c) (3) non-profit corporation.  All donations are 100% tax deductible (Tax ID: 27-3921673). The Hugs for Brady Foundation has over 500 volunteers.  Visit the Hugs for Brady Foundation website for more information
