2015 Universe Multicultural Film Festival Coming to Rolling Hills Estates, CA

 

The event, organized by Maeya Culture Exchange Group LLC, will present a wide variety of films, including original features, shorts, documentaries and animations created by talented filmmakers from all over the world.

 

 

Rolling Hills Estates, California, March 6, 2015 (McKenzieNewsService.com) - The 2015 Universe Multicultural Film Festival (UMFF) will take place from April 17th to 19th at three venues in Rolling Hills Estates, CA. All are within walking distance:  the Promenade on the Peninsula, RHCC Community Center and the Peninsula Center Library. The festival will be a great platform to watch the multicultural films in different languages with family and friends and embrace culture differences through films – the universal language.
 
The event, organized by Maeya Culture Exchange Group LLC, will present a wide variety of films, including original features, shorts, documentaries and animations created by talented filmmakers from all over the world. This festival will offer an amazing opportunity to all visitors to find out and learn in an outstanding way about various cultures, lifestyles, traditions and beliefs. For this purpose, all the screened films will be either voiced in English or contain English subtitles. Thus, there won’t be language barrier for the audience.
 
In April 2014, the UMFF screened 32 official selections from 19 countries, including the US, UK, Argentina, Australia, Canada, Chile, China, France, Gambia, India, Israel, Korea, Mexico, Norway, Paraguay, Russia, Spain, Switzerland, and Ukraine.
