Fine Art and Fine Crafts with Clowns, Food and Entertainment at the Maitland Chamber Spring Festival of the Arts, Maitland, FL

 

 

Maitland, Florida (March 30, 2015) - The Maitland Area Chamber of Commerce is putting on its 27th Spring Festival of the Arts around Lake Lily in Maitland (641 Maitland Avenue) on April 11 and 12, 2015.  The show features a wide range of artists and craftsmen around the lake. There will be sponsors of the event giving away prizes and information. 

 

Lots of fun food will be there for the tasting such as Kettle Korn, Funnel Cakes, sandwiches, wraps and much more. The Performing Arts of Maitland will play music throughout the two days.  Listen to jazz and big band sounds while looking at all the art and craft items for sale.  Clowns will be doing face painting and balloon art. 

 

The Maitland Library will be having a book sale on the library lawn both days of the show.

 

The Orangewood Christian School and the Lake Sybelia Elementary School will be presenting student artists creating paintings and sculptures from 10am to noon on Saturday. Enjoy Maitland's future artists at work.

 

Parking is available and is being handled by the Boy Scouts. It is $5/car. There is no charge for the event.
