Natick, Massachusetts, September 9, 2014 (McKenzieNewsService.com) - The Natick Community Organic Farm (NCOF) will hold its thirteenth annual Harvest Dinner and Auction on Thursday, October 2 at the Wellesley College Club, 727 Washington Street, Wellesley, Massachusetts.
 
Festivities will begin on the Club’s beautiful lakeside patio with a non-pretentious guided beverage tasting where guests can sample the sustainable wines, local and organic beers, and natural sodas. The bountiful meal that follows will be prepared by Wellesley College Club’s talented chefs from NCOF’s finest certified-organic vegetables and fruits, humanely-raised meats, and community-made syrup, as well as gorgeous cheeses, fish, oysters, produce and sweets from over two dozen generous Massachusetts food producers. Past Harvest Dinners have been described by diners as “spectacular,” “authentic and intimate,” and “phenomenal.”
 
Jump start your holiday shopping, or better yet treat yourself to something nice from the offerings in NCOF’s live and silent auctions. Prizes include getaways, adventure travel, handcrafted furniture, dining experiences, and stylish household goodies. Win a bottle of sustainable wine playing ring toss, and consider pledging to support the Farm’s new Mentoring Teens through Agriculture internship program.
 
Dinner reservations may be made on NCOF’s website, www.natickfarm.org for $100 per person before September 29. Seats are $125 thereafter, space permitting.
