The event will

Garden, featuring a special tribute to the sailors of the USS Frank E. Evans
lost during the Vietnam War. A memorial forms the centerpiece of the new garden.
Following the outdoor ceremonies, the Visitor Center will be open so that guests
can view the museum’s latest exhibit, a photo retrospective of the Kent State
