Civil War Encampment and Ice Cream Social at Old

Ice Cream Social is now joining the Civil War Encampment this year at Old Falls
Menomonee Falls, WI,
Saturday and Sunday July 19th and 20th, located at the SW corner of Pilgrim Road
and County Line Rd Q.
Join the old-fashioned family fun at Old Falls Village while enjoying an ice
cream. One free ice cream to all who come to the Civil War Encampment
Saturday, July 19th from 10-5pm and Sunday July 20th from 10-4pm.
Admission: Adults $5, Children 12 and under $2 and under 5 free.
There will be food by the Holy Smokers and Sutler Way vendors. Activities
include cricket games, children’s games, Kettle Corn, hands-on
pioneer activities in the Barn, Train Depot Gift Shop and Silent Auction (ending
at 1pm Sunday). Speakers will be on hand including Mrs. Michna presenting
as Cordelia Harvey, Sunday at 12:30pm.
Free admission between 10-11am both days. Free admission for Military
Veterans all weekend with ID.
Visitors will enjoy history, view displays, hear speakers and listen to the
Regimental Volunteer Band of Wisconsin (Sunday).
New this year is the children’s old-fashioned games, 100% participant
Cricket Game on Saturday and a silent auction. The battle reenactment
takes place at 2pm both days.
The event benefits the Menomonee Falls Historical Society. Free Parking.
