Woodland Hills Arts and Crafts Faire and Community Expo, April 25 to 26

 

Artists will display and sell their original hand-made works in candles, ceramics, dolls, etchings, fabric and fiber, glass, jewelry, metal, mixed media, odds and ends, paintings, photography, porcelain, sculpture, and water color. Proceeds from the event will benefit local charities and schools including RotaCare (a local health care clinic for those without health insurance), the Pacific Lodge Boys’ Home, Los Angeles County Foster Youth, and Fulbright Elementary School.

 

 

 

Woodland Hills, California, April 10, 2015 (McKenzieNewsService.com) - The 46th annual Rotary Club of Woodland Hills Arts and Crafts Faire and Community Expo will be held on April 25 and 26 in Warner Center Park in Woodland Hills, CA from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The park is located at Oxnard St. and Topanga Canyon Boulevard.
 
Artists will display and sell their original hand-made works in candles, ceramics, dolls, etchings, fabric and fiber, glass, jewelry, metal, mixed media, odds and ends, paintings, photography, porcelain, sculpture, and water color. There also will be exhibits from non-profit groups, community organizations, and businesses along with an array of food vendors.
 
There will be special activities for children including an Art Contest and painting on a car provided by Galpin Motors. On Saturday, Fleet Street, an organization affiliated with the Pacific Lodge Boys’ Home and the Rotary Club of Woodland Hills, will be repairing bicycles for free. There also are plans for a display of a Los Angeles City fire truck.
 
Admission and parking are free. Proceeds from the event will benefit local charities and schools including RotaCare (a local health care clinic for those without health insurance), the Pacific Lodge Boys’ Home, Los Angeles County Foster Youth, and Fulbright Elementary School.
