Brunswick Maine's Saltwater Celtic Music Festival Announces Internationally Renowned Lineup

New Englandís premier Celtic music festival showcases breadth of Celtic styles.

 

 

Celebrating the March release of The Modest Revolution, Enter The Haggis returns to Saltwater.

 

Brunswick, Maine, May 14, 2013 - Saltwater Celtic Music Festival, held at beautiful Thomas Point Beach and Campground in Brunswick, is the premier Celtic music event in New England. Highlights include a diverse roster of internationally renowned, traditional and contemporary musicians including Enter the Haggis, Young Dubliners, The Gothard Sisters and many more; sand beach, playground, and manicured grounds; superior food vendors and Celtic Merchant Mart; Artist and Author In Residence; 2nd stage for storytellers/workshops and Session Tent! MC's include noted author Kevin O'Hara and Maeve Gilchrist. Saltwater Satellite Events occur at leading Maine venues on the days leading up to Saltwater at Maine Maritime Museum, Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens, Skye Theatre, College of the Atlantic and more. The event is held July 20-21, 2013, at Thomas Point Beach, 29 Meadow Rd., Brunswick, ME.  One-day Festival tickets are $25.00 and two-day Festival tickets are $40.00 when purchased before July 15 ($40.00 and $60.00 after July 15th).
