Steppingstone Summertime Blues features “Women of the Blues” June 20th, Havre de Grace, MD

Havre de Grace, MD, June 9, 2015 - The Steppingstone Summertime Blues Festival has expanded hours this year, from 1pm to 8pm, Saturday, June 20th and will feature “Women of the Blues” with all female leads in 2015 lineup. 


The setting is the orchard and the “Music on the Noll” stage overlooking the mighty Susquehanna River.  Guests enjoy the view, great music, dancing, pit beef and BBQ, local Heavy Seas Beer and Boordy Wine in the spacious terraced orchard. 


This year’s lineup includes Cathy Ponton King, Gracie Curran & the High Falutin’ Band, and Sweet Suzi and Sugafixx. This lineup of leading ladies promises to bring the heart of the blues to the blue sky and water views for an amazing afternoon and evening of music.

The event is located at Steppingstone Farm Museum, 461 Quaker Bottom Rd., Havre de Grace, MD, within Susquehanna State Park.  The museum store tent features items handcrafted by our artisans and everything made in the USA including the custom designed shirt for this year’s Blues Fest.

Admission: $25 for advance purchase tickets (through June 8th), $30 after June 8th or at the gate (purchase online to avoid lines)  Event is rain or shine. Bring blankets or chairs or use the benches.  No glass or alcohol allowed.  ID required for alcohol purchase.
Steppingstone Farm Museum preserves and interprets the rural heritage of Harford County.  This fundraiser supports the nonprofit museum in providing educational programs and caring for the 23 acres and 23 structures within Susquehanna State Park.
