"Whale of a Tale" Artisan Sale - a premier arts and crafts show, Catoosa, Oklahoma

 

Featuring over 50 Oklahoma artisans and crafters, this one-day indoor/outdoor celebration of the Oklahoma Arts offers the unique opportunity to meet, interact with, and purchase from and create with local artisans. 

 

 

Catoosa, Oklahoma (Tulsa area), September 3, 2013 - Whale of a Tale” Artisan Sale is a Tulsa area premier arts and crafts show held in the Historic Route 66 town of Catoosa, Saturday, October 26, 2013, from 10am-4pm at the Catoosa Public Library & Community Center, 105 E. Oak Street.  Featuring over 50 Oklahoma artisans and crafters, this one-day indoor/outdoor celebration of the Oklahoma Arts offers the unique opportunity to meet, interact with, purchase from and create with local artisans. Door prizes, children’s make-and-take crafts, sidewalk chalk art, live entertainment and face painting will also be available. Bring out the whole family and see what treasures await at “Whale of a Tale” Artisan Sale. This is a family event, ideal for the Holiday shopping season.
 
This event is free to the public with free parking. Concessions will be available for purchase.

“Whale of a Tale” Artisan Sale is an annual fundraiser hosted by Friends of Catoosa Public Library Foundation, a 501c3 OK Corporation, in partnership with Catoosa Masonic Lodge.  All proceeds generated benefit the Library.
 
Call For Artists: All Oklahoma artisans, craftspersons and authors are invited to participate. Artisan applications may be submitted online at http://catoosalibraryfriends.com.
