Worcester Chamber Music Society Performs Music of Bach and Composers Influenced by Bach

Worcester, Massachusetts, February 18, 2015 (McKenzieNewsService.com) - The Worcester Chamber Music Society will perform Bach and Beyond on Thursday, April 9, 7:30 PM at the Unitarian Universalist Church, 9 Ayer Rd., Harvard, MA and Sunday, April 12, 4:00 PM at Mechanics Hall/Washburn, 321 Main St., Worcester, MA.

 

Considered by many to be the greatest composer of the entire Western classical tradition, JS Bach continues to be an inspiration to audiences, composers and musicians today just as he has been for centuries. This concert features works of the great master alongside 20th and 21st century works inspired by his music.
